Constructed compliant weatherproof awning with drainage and future service provisions.
This project involved the construction of a new weather-resistant awning positioned in front of an existing structure, delivered in strict accordance with approved drawings and project specifications. Careful planning and coordination ensured the works integrated seamlessly with the existing building.
The scope of works included comprehensive site preparation, installation of the structural framework, roofing and waterproofing systems, and the integration of compliant drainage solutions. Provisions were also incorporated to allow for future electrical services without disruption to the completed structure.
All works were executed to meet relevant engineering standards, load-bearing requirements, and safety compliance measures. The completed awning provides long-term durability, structural integrity, and reliable protection against weather exposure.
Le projet architectural développe une figure urbaine à la fois lisible, poreuse, unifiée et fragmentée. Il articule des volumes bâtis et paysagers qui dialoguent entre eux pour favoriser le vivre-ensemble. L’organisation spatiale repose sur un socle commun regroupant commerces, locaux techniques et annexes, sur lequel reposent quatre volumes de logements distincts mais similaires. Cette structure crée une continuité entre de l’ilôt tout en introduisant une diversité de formes urbaines.
